About the Role:
We seek a Head of Talent Acquisition to join our Recruitment team. Ideal candidates will be proactive, dynamic individuals with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of distributed Recruiting Managers.
* Collaborate in the development and execution of the Talent Search strategy.
* Design and validate search practices, selection, and attraction to our openings.
* Provide ideas and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the selection process.
* Engage in creative thinking and problem-solving.
Requirements:
* At least 6 years of experience as a recruiter.
* Advanced English level.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills.
