Each brand within the group has a unique identity and values excellence and sustainability.DescriçãoStore Project PreparationPreparation for store projects and new VM components.Plan, prepare and implement new openings, rebuilds, CX upgrades and new VM components to enable future physical store identity and to maximize the customer experience.Secure a strong implementation plan for all store projects and roll out of new VM components aligned to the latest global recommendation/guiding principle for store new openings, rebuilds and CX upgrade together with relevant stakeholders such as Business Analyst Store Projects.Responsible for setting plans and organization for store openings and rebuilds through phase planning of store projects, with strong VM teams to secure the highest possible standards in cross collaboration with relevant stakeholders including visual, construction & facilities teams involved in store project.Support Regional Visual Project Manager with preparation work and material for store projects (interior count, current layouts, inventory, and photos etc.) for new stores, rebuilds and closures.Together with relevant functions you have the planning and overview of the ordering and delivery of relevant NCG materials for store projects.Follow-up LIMA is updated with relevant project information, give input to support processes, ways of working and close the loop with Store Designers, Regional Visual Project Manager, Business Analyst Store Projects, and Material Lead.Ensure to handover the project and provide final feedback on the implementation of store.Store Project ExecutionExecute store projects, roll-out new VM components to deliver the visual and commercial excellence.Provide VM support and resources needed to ensure strong visual execution of all store projects and deliver the visual and commercial excellence based on the scope of work for each project phase and openings.Execute the right interior and concept placement for selected project focused on noncomplex layout projects such as new display tools & forms, carriers, new A-area packages, Windows & CX Upgrade Light.Support areas and stores teams to roll out and deliver excellent visual standards and commercial excellence at all execution stages of new VM components such as new display tools & forms, carriers, new A-area packages, and windows.Together with Business Analyst Store Projects you prepare, communicate project plan and timeline delivered through kick off, meetings & store visits with Sales market, Area, and Store teams.Support execution of new initiatives prioritized by the Regional Visual Project Manager focusing on upskilling and new directions based on updated global VM strategies.Support, follow-up and provide feedback on execution phases of any store project on-site in collaboration with Sales market, Area and Store team, Business Analyst Store Projects, and Regional Visual Project Manager.Attract, drive, develop future talents through coaching and feedback.Perfil desejávelEducationYou have participated in internal mandatory core visual & commercial and business expert trainings.AVM & VMM training.SkillsPLANNING AND PREPARATIONKnowledge about layout best practice/method, and different interior programs & store formats.Ability to set realistic planning based on resources needed for the project.Strong knowledge of all commercial & visual tools.IMPLEMENTATIONExcellent product presentation, styling, and commercial knowledge.Strong knowledge about visual routines and best practices.Good knowledge of operational best practices.COMMUNICATIONStrong presentation and communication skills.Strong collaboration with other relevant stakeholders within the Sales markets & Regions.Good English written and verbal communication.ExperienceExperience from working as a visual leader in Store and Area team.Understand how to collaborate cross functionally to achieve results.Understand how a physical store operates.A good understanding of Expansion ways of working.Personal CharacteristicsCOMMUNICATIVE - Strong presentation and communication skills.CREATIVE & CURIOUS - Is curious and looking for innovative ideas, inspiration and solution-oriented.DECISIVE & ACTION ORIENTED - Thrives in a high-pace environment, gets things done and can make quick decisions even if information is missing.FLEXIBLE - Adapts easily to new challenges and circumstances.
