**Responsibilities**:
**Main Purpose**:
- Responsible for implementing and execute Trade Marketing strategies in Small formats and CONE
- Responsible for monitoring the kpis of the channel;
- Ensure the effectiveness of channel processes;
- Responsible for execute the investments of Trade Marketing actions.
- Work with the Sales Director, Managers and Divisionals to execute actions for customers and / or region;
- Implement actions for the development of KPIs;
- Ensure the implementation of the strategies to salty and foods categories to small formats;
- Ensure the perfect store implementation and monitoring the execution KPIs;
- Present product launches, stock calendar and shopper study to customers.
- Organization of Brand Communication Events and Execution Models
- Interface with the Pairs areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Strategy and Marketing
**Accountabilities**:
- Manager responsible for customer execute plan and channel, related to AOP growth objectives;
- Responsible for identify market opportunities and report to the strategies areas for market share gain;
- Lead the execute strategy of brand campaigns and promotions;
- Monitor channel performance indicators and execute recovery/development action plans;
- Manager the Customer Loyalty Platform;
- Responsible for managing the Trade Regional Deployment Budget;
- Lead the implementation of racks and merchandising materials;
- Responsible for execute solutions for the sales team (recovery market share, increase sales, etc);
Qualifications:
**Key Skills/Experience Required**:
Education: Complete higher education in Marketing, Administration, Economics, Engineer or related areas.
Languages: Desirable English and/or Intermediate Spanish
Experience:
- Desirable Previous Experience in Trade Marketing (Small Formats);
- Desirable knowledge in the dynamic of each sales channel;
- Communication and interpersonal relationship;
- Strong ability to influence and engage;
- Analytical capability;
- Ability to perform - proactive;
Excel and Power Point: Advanced;
Nielsen Advisor, Nielsen Retail Index: Advanced.
