**ROLE CONTRIBUTION**
- 1.1.
Develop and maintain discipline-specific plans and other relevant documentation meeting applicable requirements and expectations
- 1.2.
Provide technical advice and support to the Project/Operations Team
- 1.3.
Act as focal point for your discipline with the Client within your assigned project/operation(s).
- 1.4.
Escalate Project/Operations issues to your discipline Manager (as required)
- 1.5.
Contribute to qualification and/or selection of vendors/sub-contractors
- 1.6.
Lead and/or conduct internal and external verifications/surveys/audits, and ensure that appropriate corrective actions are identified and effectively implemented
- 1.7.
Manage deviations and related mitigating measures
- 1.8.
Contribute to continuous improvements of the systems and tools, through providing feedback and lessons learnt to discipline community and Process Owners
- 1.9.
Report incidents and monitor assigned actions
- 1.10.
Take part in incident investigations (as required)
- 1.11.
Consult and align with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally
- 1.12.
Monitor performance of the project, operation, vendor and/or sub-contractor in relation to your discipline- 1.13.
Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the Project/Operation
- 1.14 Actively contribute to the development of training programmes and communication campaigns and drive and monitor their implementation- 1.15.
Ensure with Project/Operation and Discipline Management that appropriate resources are mobilised
- 1.16 Drive performance of discipline resources at Site, ensuring that responsibilities are clear and priorities are effectively addressed
- 1.17 Monitor and report discipline performance at Site**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree in Chemical, Environmental, Production or Petroleum Engineering
- Postgraduate in Safety Engineering (on going or completed)
- Experience with oil and gas or petrochemical industry
- Experience with HSSE
- Advanced English
- Experience with Labor Safety
