Job Description: Position: Strategy & Analytics Commercial – Specialist Location : Sao Paulo, Brazil Job Type : Hybrid – 3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote LifeStyles Healthcare is expanding our LATAM Team, and we are looking for a Strategy & Analytics – Commercial Specialist to bring their wider knowledge and help us to drive business decisions for our iconic SKYN® and LifeStyles® brands.
As our Strategy & Analytics Commercial – Specialist, will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights, track key performance indicators and collaborate to enhance initiatives to growth the business.

Key Responsibilities: Extract data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy through proper cleaning and transformation processes.Identify distribution opportunities by channel and product family, cross-referencing market information and internal sales data by region.Identify trends, patterns and correlations to uncover business opportunities.Develop interactive dashboards and insight reports for decision-makers.Track key performance indicators to assess business performance and highlight opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with other teams on projects involving market analysis, such as new product development, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.Maintain data integrity while ensuring compliance.Monitor and identify changes in the market and provide strategic reports and analyses to company leaders.Monitor the performance of the company and its competitors, generating insights to optimize performance and identify potential areas for growth.Partner with business teams to understand data needs and craft actionable insights. Collaborate with other areas of the company, such as supply, to ensure the integration of market data into organizational strategies.Prepare executive presentations with analyses and recommendations for different sales channels. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics or a related field.Intermediate to Fluent in written and spoken English5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, analytics reporting, or a similar role, with a focus on KPIs and performance measurement.Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., IQVIA, Power BI, Tableau), and CRM and analytics platforms (e.g., D365, Google Analytics). Familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Sheets, Excel, R, or Python) is required.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Proven track record of developing, implementing, and tracking performance metrics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and driving data-driven decisions.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a strong desire to contribute to the organization's success and drive strategic initiatives. Experience working with retail or CPG data is prioritized!
