General Job Description
Monitor and support safety technicians in inspection activities in workplaces related to the area of occupational safety, environment and occupational health, helping to mitigate risks or proposing process and control improvements.
Lead Health, Safety and Environmental management, aiming to reduce workplace accidents, as well as maintain and improve the occupational health of employees at branches in the region where they operate, in accordance with guidelines and guidance from the SESMT Coordination.
Provide training in the areas of safety, environment and occupational health.
Technically recommend to managers the implementation and maintenance of guidelines for regulatory standards and legislation applied to work.
Ensure compliance with procedures and legislation related to health, safety and the environment.
Support safety technicians in the region of operation, seeking uniformity of actions in all branches in the region of operation.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering.
Minimum Experience:
1. Three (3) years' experience as a Safety Engineer.
2. Active registration on CREA.
Minimum Skills Required:
1. Proactive and independent professional.
2. Intermediary English.
3. Knowledge of Quality Tools.
4. Coordinate teams, training and work activities.
5. Knowledge of DG (Dangerous cargo).
6. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
7. Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Course.
