**JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborating with customers, Creatio and internal stakeholders by participating in both pre-sales and post-sales activities
- Establish trusted partner status with key clients. Demonstrate both technical and business acumen, ownership, and accountability of technical solutions end to end to deliver desired outcomes to the client
- Work with a range of internal (delivery, sales) and external (client’s business and technical team) stakeholders to ensure delivering values to our clients
- Providing a technical outlook during interaction with customers
- Understanding and perceiving different perspectives of enterprise middleware and architecture considering security, performance and cost effectiveness
- Creatio technical customer engagement including architectural design sessions, platform GAP analysis, specific implementation projects, proof of concepts and deployments
- Mentor and coach team members to foster ongoing skills development
- Build and maintain a strategic relationship with technology partners, providing key focus to Creatio.
- Be an active part of project initiations with new projects to establish the technology blueprint, baseline processors, and governance
- Actively involved in critical client incidents and escalations that are challenging to technical teams such as production interruptions, security breaches, and project overruns, and provide pragmatic solutions to reinstate business-as-usual with a minimum impact
- Defining and building processes, checklists, and templates that enable monitoring and standardized execution of projects and pre-sales
- Provide guidance and vision to the company leadership on strategic technology decisions to be made and actively involved in making those decisions effectively
- Conduct frequent research and identify the key trends in low-code, no-code space and workflow automation and the technologies behind it.
- Owning and optimizing a company’s workflow automation blueprint, which is considered the intellectual property of the company, is a primary responsibility. Cataloging the nature of each digital transformation project and extracting the learnings from it for future project success. (Frameworks, Solutions, etc)
- Continuously focusing on building Creatio lead IP for the company, in the form of vertical solutions, accelerators and Creatio marketplace connectors on.NET technology framework
- Guide, mentor and empower technology teams to learn and acquire new skills, achieve various certifications, and encourage innovation by building an “Engineer-First” culture
**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE**
- A computer science or related engineering degree
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience with 3 to 5 years of experience in architecting, designing, implementing and delivering enterprise scale solutions using.Net
- Prior experience with Creatio platform is preferable but not a mandatory requirement
- An understanding of modern DevOps practices including automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery
- An understanding of cloud-based business continuity and disaster recovery practices
- A deep understanding of SDLC and Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and the ability to multi-tasking along with an innovative mindset
**ADDED ADVANTAGES**:
- Good knowledge of Event Driven, DDD (Domain Driven Design) and Microservices architecture
- Certifications in WSO2 products (API Manager, CIAM or EI)
- Certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Certifications in Containerisation (Docker or Kubernetes), Dev Ops, Terraform and Ansible
**General Responsibilities**
**Flexibility**: The post holder may be required to work at any of the Mitra sites in line with service & operational needs. The post holder may be required to undertake such other duties temporarily, or on a continuing basis as may be required commensurate with this role. This may include periods of time working on client premises and / or internationally.
