The ideal candidate will excel in managing creative and innovative projects from conception to completion and dedicate part of their time to supporting digital event management.Key Responsibilities:Creative Project Management:Oversee the end-to-end management of creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and strategists, to ensure alignment on project objectives.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.Facilitate regular check-ins and communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.Digital Event Management Support:Assist in planning and executing digital events such as webinars, virtual conferences, and live streams.Coordinate with vendors, technology providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.Manage event timelines, promotional activities, and attendee communication.Support post-event reporting and analysis, including attendee feedback and performance metrics.Qualifications and Skills:Are you a highly organized and analytical project manager with a passion for creative projects and events?
With 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a creative agency, and advanced English, you'll thrive in this role.You'll need strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
