The analyst will be responsible for identifying and exploring business opportunities by defining the product portfolio and footprint distribution for the domestic refrigeration business globally, in order to maximize the company's financial results.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the global product strategy for the domestic segment (refrigeration, cooling, new markets), analyzing and prioritizing the best growth opportunities, which may include new product development, technology push, acquisitions and partnerships;
* Lead and discuss technical issues with Product and Process Engineering in defining scopes and working on large projects;
* Mapping and critical analysis of market regulations, trends, customer needs and competitors' moves and translating them into product requirements for R&D;
* Lead discussions and decisions in cross-functional groups for tactical and strategic points in projects;
* Responsible for consolidating information between the different areas to perform the analysis of business cases, pricing policies, communication materials and documents for project approval with senior management, as well as supporting the implementation of products within the BUs;
* B&M focal point and responsible for two HA compressor or inverter platforms;
* Responsible for running the process of Global Product Leadership (products needs and portfolio road map) and Long Range Planning (5 years volumes forecast) for the regions of responsibility;
* Responsible for two macro regions for Home Appliances Cold;
* Build portfolio presentations and participate in customer meetings/workshops OR Portfolio and strategic discussions with Customers.
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering or similar;
* Logical reasoning and good communication.
* Experience in projects, product development, business or strategy areas;
* Knowledge in Finance and data analysis;
* Proficiency in Spanish.
