The Marketing Associate will support assigned Global Business Unit(s) (GBUs) and help to drive growth and support the business needs within a specific region. This will include both upstream and downstream marketing activities. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Essential
**Responsibilities**:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product support gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Help to translate product strategy into detailed requirements
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Help to support product launches including working with Product Management team, Sales, and other cross-functional team members
- Help support promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
- Attend and support company sponsored events such as tradeshows and commercial events, operations forecasting
- Sales analysis for targeting, gap reports, market trends (ASP erosion, unit volume change), etc.
- Work with Marketing team to maintain current brochures (choose to obsolete, remove obsolete part numbers, execute a refresh, manage translations, etc.)
- Tradeshow execution - what to exhibit, workshops, advertisements
- Assist with social media strategy and sales support
- May perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS -The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor Level of Degree in the Marketing or related field of study
- Equivalent work related experience acceptable in lieu of degree: No
- 2 years of demonstrated experience in marketing or related field
- No Certifications Required
- Any preferred education, experience or certifications: Medical Device experience preferred
Skills/Knowledge
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Must be comfortable challenging current thinking and be flexible to adapt to changingregulations, business needs and priorities.
- Self-starter that is able to work well within the group environment. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to excel in a team environment.
- Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish

- Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.
