Job DescriptionThe Future Trader 12 months Programme offers a customised development journey structured in a vigorous, personally and intellectually stimulating environment. It offers you direct access to senior traders and leaders in an open working environment, designed to encourage the free flow of ideas and information.
You’ll gain insights into the core aspects of global agriculture and food value chains. Participants will explore our business through a blend of structured training, hands-on learning, regular feedback sessions, and guidance from inspiring mentors.
There are two distinct phases for our programme:
Phase I:A learning zone - formal exposure to multiple facets of trades, including cash/derivative trading, logistics, execution, and commercials. Who are we, what do we do, and how do we operate.
Phase II:Hands-on exposures across business models/geographies, mentored by a senior trader/mentor, designed to fast-track your knowledge of the business/function. You will be placed in your potential role with clear responsibilities to deliver.
Education QualificationBachelor’s / master’s degree specialising in engineering/ mathematics/ accounting/ finance/ technology (Quant)/ agricultural science or hold a valid CFA certification.
Work experience (internship, early career programs, or full-time job) in a high-performing environment (1 to 3 years’) is desirable.
Fluency in English is essential. Professional working proficiency in another language is strongly preferred (e.g., French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, etc.)
