Who we are looking for:We are seeking a highly analytical and passionate Senior Training and Development Analyst to join our People team.
This temporary position, initially for 6 months, offers the possibility of extension and/or conversion to a permanent role, depending on performance and business needs.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that drive the professional growth of our employees.
What you'll do:Design and implement innovative and effective training programs aligned with business needs and People strategies.Conduct training needs analysis (identifying needs, gap analysis, etc.
).Develop training materials (presentations, manuals, videos, etc.)
using various methodologies and tools.Manage training logistics (registration, invitations, learning platforms, etc.
).Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and propose improvements.Manage the budget allocated to training activities.Collaborate with other People areas to ensure the alignment of training programs with global strategies.Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in training and development.What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on designing and implementing training programs..Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.Proactive, creative, and able to work effectively in a team.Advanced level of english is a plus
