Responsibilities and Requirements :
1. Customer relationship management, success leadership, customer strategy and growth;
2. IT Service Management;
3. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field;And 2+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting or System Administration;
4. Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese;
5. University degree or 05 years of relevant experience;
6. Aviation Experience: Commercial Management, Air Services Development or Airline IT Experience.
7. Relevant Account Management Experience.
8. ITIL Certification and Project Management Certification will be considered as a differentiator.
9. Confirmed ability to problem-solve and present solutions to complex business challenges effectively
10. Availability to travel
11. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with validated ability to communicate and influence optimally all levels of the organization.
12. Skills for both analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms and for mapping business requirements into technical features.
13. Experience leading efforts of multi-functional teams to facilitate resolution or disposition of customer needs.
