We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager/ Senior-level Recruiter. The person will be responsible for the full cycle of the Talent Acquisition process, focusing on Digital Marketing, Design, Product, and Back-office streams internationally hiring for Senior to Executive level professionals!
Responsibilities:
1. Full International Recruitment Cycle: Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to successful onboarding, including identifying, interviewing, and selecting the best candidates for our diverse range of vacancies.
2. Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR professionals in relevant business units, effectively liaising with key stakeholders to achieve recruitment success.
3. HR Initiatives: Get involved in various HR initiatives as needed, contributing your expertise to other areas of human resources.
Requirements:
1. International Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international recruitment.
2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills are essential as you will partner with hiring managers.
3. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability are key in our fast-paced environment.
4. Results-Oriented: Thrive on achieving results and can influence others effectively.
