Senior Manager – Program & Operational Support

About the Role
HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager (Operational Support) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have advanced English proficiency and a proven track record in companies within our industry segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and oversee multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines, and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.
Responsibilities
* Develop timelines, budget, teams, and plan for given project
* Ensure high quality work is produced
* Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
* Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program
* Facilitate communication between relevant teams
* Operational and Enabling Area support
* Country P&L support
* Facility, IT and administration Area escalation management and planning
* Compliance and Risk Management
* External Agency Stakeholder Management
* Coordination with LOBs/Service Line
* Coordination with HR, Legal, Finance functions
* Workforce Mix and Management
* Employee engagement and organize events along with Geo HR and Nearshore HR heads
* Collaborate with All Corp Functions as Co-Owners
Qualifications
* Strong experience in program management
* Experience managing requirements for multiple large, complex, and cross functional projects.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – must be comfortable speaking and writing interacting with C-level audiences, as well as technical and non-technical audiences.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
* Strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
