**Primary Purpose of the Position**:
Our Talent Recruiter will manage and execute end to end recruiting activities to fill salaried positions for Goodyear's team throughout Latin America. Success in this role will entail leveraging all recruiting resources, developing sourcing strategies and partnering with the business (HR/Manager) to attract talent to our open positions. Reporting to the Lead Senior Recruiter for Latin America, you will create and implement the recruiting strategy for our business. You will also be able to continue to develop and contribute to our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence through projects and recruiting councils. We are a large team with a lot of room for growth. We work a hybrid, flexible schedule of 2 days/week in a local office and the other days remote. Language fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is required.
**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Managers and Human Resources to determine staffing needs. Implement proactive recruiting strategies to attract/develop/retain high-potential talent. Drive recruiting/retention initiatives.
- Recommend recruiting improvements based on industry best practices and participate in Global Talent Acquisition projects and forums.
**Education**:
- bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 2 or more years of experience in Recruiting (working with both in-house recruiting teams and contingency search firms) or equivalent Human Resources.
- Work proficiently with recruiting systems (Applicant Tracking) and internet resources.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
**Knowledge**:
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of best practices in sourcing/recruiting top talent.
- Must be an excellent communicator - Comfortable communicating at all levels within an organization, strong listening skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Understands how to effectively leverage LinkedIn, Indeed and other job posting websites.
