About the Position
As a Field Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth on-site ticketing operations for our live events. You will analyze upcoming events, assess staffing needs, and ensure that everything runs efficiently, either by attending events personally or coordinating with freelancers or third-party companies. You will also be responsible for onboarding event staff on our scanning app and preparing training materials for promoters.
If you are passionate about live events, this role will be key to ensuring the success of Ingresse’s expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze upcoming events and assess staffing needs, coordinating with the General Manager.
* Attend events personally when required or coordinate with freelancers or third-party agencies for additional support.
* Oversee and manage all aspects of ticketing operations at live events, ensuring smooth access control.
* Coordinate with event organizers to understand event layout and ticketing needs.
* Supervise the setup and implementation of ticket scanning systems, ensuring equipment and staff are well-prepared.
* Onboard staff on the scanning app, ensuring they are fully trained and ready for the event.
* Create and distribute training materials for promoters to ensure smooth event operations.
* Troubleshoot any issues that arise on-site with ticketing systems and access control.
* Monitor ticket sales and event entry in real-time, providing feedback and reporting to the team.
* Collect post-event feedback to improve processes for future events.
What We’re Looking For
* 3-4 years of experience in field operations, especially in live events or ticketing.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (required), Portuguese (a plus).
* Experience with ticket scanning systems and customer service protocols.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends depending on the event schedule.
* A passion for live events and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
* Proficient in digital tools and platforms for event management and team collaboration.
