We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support organizations operating in Brazil and the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning and control, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Lifecycle Management: Monitor and execute the lifecycle of internal organizational projects, addressing all knowledge areas of the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Control process groups.
* Scope and Communication Planning: Provide support in constructing detailed scopes of work and facilitate connections among business units through a communication plan.
* Project Execution and Monitoring: Track planned work execution, managing quality, performance, costs, and information integrity while adhering to agreed schedules.
* Strategic Partnership and Decision-Making: Collaborate with strategic levels by focusing on results and process-oriented thinking, defining project priorities, importance, and urgency.
* Risk Management and Improvement Proposals: Identify potential risks proactively and develop improvement proposals and corrective plans.
* Team and Stakeholder Mediation: Act as a mediator between the operational team and senior management, efficiently overseeing projects and addressing partner needs by presenting relevant business unit information.
Business Growth and Continuous Improvement: Support company growth by organizing and prioritizing initiatives, providing consulting, recommendations, and activity follow-up, and assisting in implementing continuous improvement actions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields, post-graduation or MBA in Project Management, Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP), and 3 years of experience in project planning and control.
* Nice to Have: Schedule management, project integration management, and proficiency in agile, hybrid, and traditional methodologies tailored to the project nature.
