Key Responsibilities:
* Clay.com Platform Mastery: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Clay.com, managing complex data workflows and integrating multiple data sources.
* Campaign Execution: Design and launch personalized outbound campaigns weekly, testing various messaging approaches to optimize engagement and conversions.
* Data Integration: Implement and manage APIs and webhooks to connect diverse data sources, ensuring comprehensive targeting lists with complete enrichments.
* AI Utilization: Leverage advanced AI prompting techniques to discover new data, generate personalized campaign copy, and automate repetitive tasks.
* Copy Development: Create compelling, conversion-focused messaging tailored to specific buyer personas across different market segments.
* Process Improvement: Continuously refine list-building and campaign execution processes, documenting successful workflows and creating repeatable templates.
* List Building: Scrape and utilize a variety of data sources like apify, rapidapi, crunchbase and apollo to build targeted lists of specific account level and prospect level contacts.
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of experience in b2b demand generation with a proven track record of generating pipeline.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets via outbound channels like email and.
* Experience in reviewing analytics and adapting based on feedback from raw data rather than instincts.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools. (Apollo, Airtable, Slack, Smartlead/Email Bison, Gmail, ChatGPT/Claude, Google Suite, and Clay)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Ability to work long, smart and hard, not two of the three.
* High presentation and persuasion skills
* Self-motivated high agency person with a commitment to excellence that takes pride in their work.

Compensation structure:
Base pay: 1200-1500 per month + Commission
Your first 2 weeks will be part time to assess cultural fit.
If you excel, full time hours will begin thereafter.
