We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager to lead and manage relationships with key clients in the home care medical equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and account management, strong connections to pharmacy chains, distributors, and relevant industry associations, such as ABIMO, ABIMED, ABRAFARMA, ABRADILAN, FEBRAFAR, etc.

Managing and growing relationships with pharmacy chains, distributors, and strategic partners to maximize sales opportunities.Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the home care medical equipment sector.Leveraging existing connections within industry associations and key players to identify and secure new business opportunities.Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with distributors and pharmacy chains to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to management.The ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record in sales, account management, or business development within the healthcare or medical equipment industry.A strong network of contacts within pharmacy chains, distributors, and industry associations in Brazil.In-depth knowledge of the home care medical equipment market, including products like blood pressure monitors, oximeters, glucose meters, and nebulizers.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.The ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while maintaining attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and propose solutions.Fluency in Portuguese and English.
