Drive and develop the skills needed for the best performance in the area.
Reporting to the Group CFO.Ensure teamwork with the rest of the company's areas.Lead the group's financial strategies and planning.Lead the company's budgeting process.
Prepare the annual budget, fiscal and financial planning of the company.Oversee period close, reconciliation and consolidation process across all companies within the group.
Perform risk management analysis by evaluating the organization's investments and liabilities.Maintain the company's financial ERP system.Assess and make recommendations on medium- and long-term planning, implementation of new strategies and regulatory measures.Analysis and monitoring of the day-to-day and long-term financial operations of the company for the different products, whether investments, transfers, invoicing and other transactions.Prepare and analyze management reports.Participate in the strategic analysis of real estate and financial businesses for the management of the company.Analyze business drivers compared to business plans.Manage the execution of Financial Statements, P&L, Cashflow Statements and Balance Sheets, all under GAAP regulation.Control the administrative tasks of the group.
Coordinate registration, calculation and cost activities.RequirementsUndergraduate training in Finance, Accounting or Business.Qualified accountant.More than 7+ years of demonstrable finance experience in specific roles such as Finance Manager or Financial Controller, in companies in the financial sector (banking, Fintech, credit cards, insurance companies, investment funds, etc).Experience in companies in the US or with activity in the USA will be an asset.
