**About the team**:
We are looking for a curious person that wants to learn & support Delivery and Engagement Operations in Cloud Application Services Americas team.
**In this role, you'll**:
- Support the Application Service Management Team and CAS Engagements;
- Support operations of our CAS Managed Services; (AMS Concept)
- Use analytical skills to provide inputs and recommendations to improve the operation;
- Have the opportunity to learn about complex landscapes in real scenarios;
- Interaction with Global Teams and SAP RISE Customers;
- Upskill in Analytics and continuous improvement for real cases;
- Gain experience in ITIL processes and Delivery Operations;
- Possibility to learn about SAP Solutions contracted by our Customers.
**Who you are**:
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Also:
- Current studying Product Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly;
- Takes initiative;
- Fluent in English;
- Spanish is desirable;
- Energetic and goal oriented;
- ITIL principles (ITIL/ITSM/AMS) is a plus;
- Excel, PowerBI, DAX, PowerQuery is a plus;
- Agile Methods and Lean Services is a plus.
