About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious Growth Marketer to join our small but mighty team and help shape the future of hospitality operations.
This is our first full-time marketing hire—and a foundational role. You’ll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to define and execute our growth strategy from the ground up. You’ll test and scale acquisition channels, optimize conversion funnels, and help us build a brand that customers trust and love.
Hybrid role in Santiago or New York. We make exceptions for remote folks outside those cities if the fit is right.
What You’ll Do
* Own and execute our growth marketing strategy across channels (organic, email, partnerships, etc.)
* Build and manage conversion funnels—from awareness to onboarding
* Collaborate with product and ops to shape messaging, positioning, and user journeys
* Use data to track performance, uncover insights, and double down on what works
* Help establish our brand voice and early marketing playbook
You’ll Thrive Here If You…
* Have 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or consulting
* Are scrappy, entrepreneurial, and excited to build from zero
* Know how to prioritize ruthlessly and execute quickly
* Are data-driven and comfortable working with metrics, funnels, and dashboards
* Communicate clearly and love collaborating with product and design
* Have a C1 or higher English level

* Experience in procurement, supply chain, or hospitality tech
* Have built growth loops or referral programs from scratch
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
