Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership
Provide strategic oversight for the development and execution of the group-wide marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
Brand Development & Positioning
Define and refine brand positioning across multiple markets for each brand/company.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
Oversee marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retargeting, remarketing, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic oversight for the development and execution of the group-wide marketing strategy.
2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across product, operations, customer support, and other key functions.
3. Define and refine brand positioning across multiple markets for each brand/company.
4. Oversee marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retargeting, remarketing, and retention.
5. Lead market research and consumer insights initiatives.
6. Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse, high-performing multi-disciplinary marketing team.
7. Conceptualise and create 360 degree, through the line marketing campaigns that deliver tangible results.
8. Champion digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, PPC, programmatic, and mobile app marketing.
9. Provide strategic oversight on the measurement of marketing effectiveness.
10. Ensure all marketing practices are in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
