**Role for You**
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Sr.
Specialist to join our team.
You will help us with channel operations, acquisition and to achieve our business growth goals.
You will identify needs and new opportunities to grow our brands and increase their performance.
If you're a lover of continuous testing and learning, who has innovative ideas to improve customer experience, we would like to meet you.
For this position, you should be innovative based on data, hands on and collaborative work.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strong digital marketing strategy across all channels, including paid social, paid search, SEO, display advertising and CRM.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are cost-effective, maximize channels incrementality and contribution margin
- Execute on day to day activities such as execution and media optimization of paid social, paid search campaigns, CRM communications, SEO improvements and other tasks related to performance marketing area
- Monitor, measure and report on the performance of all digital campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to achieve the best possible result
- Developing hypotheses, planning and running many tests to improve the performance of ad campaigns, in addition to leading projects, measuring and implementing enhancements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and third-party partners
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement
**We are looking for someone who has**:
- Have 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, customer acquisition and retention
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience managing budgets and achieving business growth targets
- Are results and data-driven, and are able to work towards results in autonomous and independent manner
- Strong understanding of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM and SEO
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, Engineering or similar courses
- Advanced working knowledge of English at minimum - Spanish is a plus
**Desirable qualifications**:
- Are excited about E-commerce and the endless opportunities in this industry
- Have knowledge of SQL and Python
