These are the tasks we trust in you:Provide technical support to internal users, troubleshooting Windows (10/11), Office 365, and network connectivity issues.Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot corporate networks (VLANs, LAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP).Assist in the administration of Microsoft Azure and Active Directory (user management, groups, permissions, and policies).Support Azure-based applications (VMs, AVD, storage, and authentication).Install and configure software, drivers, and updates on workstations.Monitor and support network infrastructure, analyzing connectivity and resolving issues.Document procedures, incidents, and applied solutions in the IT environment.Proactively identify problems and suggest improvements in IT infrastructure.Requirements:Completed Higher Education in Information Technology (IT), Information Systems or related areas.Experience in Microsoft technical support (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory).Basic to intermediate knowledge of Azure (user management, permissions, virtual machines, authentication, and connectivity).Understanding of corporate networks and international environment (VLANs, VPN, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP).Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Familiarity with ticketing and ITSM tools is a plus.Conversational English (B2 level or higher).Nice to have:Microsoft Certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, MD-100) are a plus.Previous experience in technical support or helpdesk.Basic knowledge of PowerShell or automation in Windows/Azure.Soft Skills & Behavioral Competencies:Passion on IT Infrastructure.Autonomy and proactivity: ability to act independently without micromanagement.Commitment and engagement: actively involved in problem-solving and continuous improvement.Strong communication skills: ability to interact with users and translate technical issues into non-technical language.Self-learning mindset: willingness to learn new technologies and stay up to date.Problem-solving focus: logical and analytical thinking to resolve technical issues efficiently.We have a SANtastic culture, means for you:No strings attached and open doorsSmall teams to put down roots and growHigh degree of freedom to create the newA privately held, international group of companies with a big vision and the means to make it a realityFlexible working hours and home office (if applicable to the role)Competitive market benefitsState-of-the-art work environment and IT infrastructureInternal and external development programsWhat else to know?This position is available immediately, however we are happy to consider your notice period or desired start dateBased on your professional experience and qualifications, we offer you an attractive total compensation packageAre you ready to grow within SAN Vet and the SAN Group?
