You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and forward-thinking teammates.You'll lead the design and implementation of O&M commercial strategies at a regional level, impacting how we deliver our services efficiently and effectively. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as finance, technical, legal, and regional bid management), provide guidance on bid strategy, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of partner mapping, lead all aspects of an O&M bid, and represent us technically and commercially. But also, you'll ensure our O&M strategies are comprehensive, well-costed, and sound from both commercial and contractual perspectives.We’ll look to you for:Defining and supporting the execution of bid strategiesLeading multidisciplinary teams for O&M bids and projectsStakeholder engagement and managementOptimization and innovation throughout the bid and project lifecycleSupporting regional teams in the development of agreements and commercial activitiesActing as a board member, project director, or providing discrete deliverables post-notice to proceedAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
