Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about human resources and talent management to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support our efforts in attracting, sourcing, and retaining top talent in alignment with SHEIN's culture and values.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in the full recruitment life-cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating follow-up interviews.
- Support Talent Acquisition Specialists in sourcing and pipeline management for current and future job openings.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure candidate records are accurate and up to date.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to ensure SHEIN's values and culture are effectively communicated to potential candidates.
- Assist in organizing and participating in college recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Work with Talent Acquisition team on translation of different documents and policies.
- Be responsible for the creation of procedures and documents related to the Talent Acquisition area.
- Create written communications in different languages to engage candidates during recruitment process; Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Availability to work 100% in person in our warehouse in Guarulhos (Rua Concretex 800).
- Advanced English is a plus
