Join our TeamWe are conducting a select process within Human Resources for the position HR Analyst-PwD Exclusive, reporting directly to the People Business Partner of the Supply Site São José dos Campos.About this opportunity:We are looking for a Mid-Level HR Analyst to work at the São José dos Campos site, providing support on generalist People topics, acting as the interface with the benefits team, providing support on labor relations matters, assisting in the management of internal recruitment processes, supporting internal and external audits, and conducting the onboarding for new employees.What you will do:Responsible for People KPIs and OKRs (Overtime, Training delivered versus planned, Monitoring the evolution of the site's Critical Skills, and the progress of the Diversity OKR);Responsible for the payment for the vendors;Responsible for managing the Young Apprentice Program (hiring, contract termination, program development, and the annual report for the Ministry of Labor);Responsible for the onboarding program for new employees;Support for internal events such as My Kids at Ericsson, International Women's Day, and Diversity events;Support for managers and employees on general People topics such as competence development, benefits, payroll, Well-being program, performance management, and others;Support to the employees in 2nd and 3rd shift to clarify the main people topics;Support the managers in effective actions related to the Employee engagement survey;Responsible for updating the People home pages such as EGMS – Ericsson Group Management Systems and Critical Skills SharePoint;Ensure the cascading and execution of People programs for the São José dos Campos site;The skills you bring:Presentation and storytelling skills;Verbal and written communication;Analytical and consultative profile;Interpersonal relationship skills;Teamwork;Process management;Being proactive, collaborative, organized, and focused on results;RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management;Preferred: Postgraduate degree in related fields;Advanced English;Microsoft Office suite;Knowledge of Power BI;
