- ** Your Role **:The Sea Logistics Customer Care Location Manager is responsible for implementing and managing Customer Care strategy on location level, as well as continuously optimizing the customer service to provide customer excellence.
He is leading the Customer Care Location Team to provide helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
They're the front line of location support for clients and customers, and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership and direction to the Customer Care Location organization
- Take ownership and ensure the implementation of a Customer Care strategy in location
- Close cooperation with Branch management as well as operations Seafreight manager for optimized customer experience
- Actively managing interfaces and information / knowledge exchange
- Focus on continuous improvement on processes and controls aiming for consistent customer centricity
- Focus on customer retention engagement for Seafreight account portfolio
- Focus on customer satisfaction through high level of service quality
- Ensure service excellence by high level of forwarding and market knowledge.
- Ensure customer implementation into the team
- Discuss and support pricing strategy
- Manage customer pipeline
- Supports and help to implement company and sea logistic strategy
- Prepare and monitor sea logistic target and monthly forecast of their branch
- P&L Ownership
- Meet and respect the values, policies and procedures of Health and Safety, Quality and Environment, as well as the internal rules of the Company eligible for all employees, but specially in this position with regard to the security of the logistics chain or compliance with taxes and customs obligations.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Business Administration (focussed on Foreign Trade), Supply Chain Management or compatible
- Project Management Experience
- Customer Management experience
- Fluent English
