Job Purpose and Impact
The Supply Chain Specialist will contribute to implement supply chain strategies and continuous improvement projects that address Order Management to support business goals. In this role, you will coordinate cross functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain planning initiatives. Key Accountabilities
- Use comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices and procedures to navigate through data and technology challenges, upgrades and changes.
- Implement moderately complex Customer Services projects of process improvements to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Using a thorough understanding of supply chain practices and procedures, report on processes and ensures best practices are shared among locations.
- Operate as one of the contact points for global projects.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
- Work experience in Customer Service and project management;
- Advance English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in supply chain (order management);
- Experience in project management (different methodologies: waterfall and agile);
- APICS certification;
- Intermediate Spanish.
