**About the role**:
Internal IT is responsible for all IT infrastructure and software to support Trustly operations.
**What you'll do**:
- Answer final user's requests.
- Prepare and conduct Onboarding process for new hires.
- Update equipment inventory.
- Send / receive equipment to repair.
- Grant / revoke access.
- Basic development.
- Maintain local infrastructure.
- Happily support final users on their requests.
- Supporting servers and tools in use

**Who you are**:
- Graduation in IT related areas completed or in progress.
- Advanced English skills.
- Previous experience as IT Support Analyst.
