Your responsibilities will include managing purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality deliveries, handling invoicing and supplier control, and maintaining accurate records.
This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to stay informed on industry trends and supplier options while maintaining high standards in all purchasing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing finance, school operations, maintenance, facilities-related services, transportation, and invoicing.Oversee and evaluate bids/tenders, assess suppliers, products, and services based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.Conduct value-for-money reviews of existing contracts and arrangements.Support budget preparation, perform cost analysis, and create reports on spending and savings.Monitor inventory and manage restocking of office supplies (stationery, cleaning products, etc.
