Role Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that defined Application Service Management processes are followed across Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process Adherence: The Role involves adherence to established Application Service Management processes, particularly in the realms of Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
* Metric Reporting: Accountability lies with the Lead Service Manager for providing key performance and application service management metrics.
* Status Updates: Input is required for Application and Service status updates, encompassing aspects such as service health, availability, SLA adherence, timely problem resolution, disaster recovery, performance, and service change management.
* Accountability: Direct responsibility resides within this position.
