We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to lead and manage the Affiliate Marketing program as an Affiliate Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting new affiliates, influencers and partnerships to increase program distribution, while working closely with the Business Development team on prospecting new accounts. You will also be a key player in account management, ensuring strong relationships with affiliates and partners. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that support affiliate programs.
You should be able to work autonomously, setting a roadmap and performance goals, while also thinking and acting strategically. You will develop structured plans and be ready to execute hands-on with a start-up mentality. This role requires both leadership and operational involvement.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow new channels and business relationships with clients, supporting the affiliate program from the initiation of relationships to day-to-day operations.
Lead the company’s external and internal affiliate programs through all phases, including brainstorming, launching, maintaining, trafficking, marketing, reporting, optimization, and analysis.
Work in conjunction with the Business Development team to prospect and identify new affiliate partners.
Recruit and negotiate with new affiliate partners; evaluate affiliate advertising agreements.
Oversee and maintain relationships with affiliates and partners.
Collaborate with brand managers on content management for partners' publishing needs.
Regularly monitor campaign performance; compile and submit detailed campaign performance reports.
Oversee monthly payments to affiliate partners; manage buying, renegotiating rates, renewing or canceling media placements, and other advertising programs.
Manage account relationships, ensuring consistent communication and long-term partnership success.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a similar field.
3 - 4 years of experience as an affiliate marketer, partnership manager, or marketing business developer.
Digital tools proficiency: Google Analytics GA4, media platforms, affiliate marketing platforms, UTM creation, Excel, and strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with search engine marketing, social media paid campaigns, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Proven track record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns.
Experience in campaign management.
Advanced level of English.Desirable Qualifications:
