Salary
The base salary range for this full-time position is between $30,900 - $69,450. Our compensation strategy takes into account geographic pay differentials to remain competitive in various markets while hiring globally. The actual base pay for the successful candidate is dependent on factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
Job Description
As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will be a key partner to the CRO organization and VP of Revenue Operations team, providing analysis, reporting, and insights focused on incentive compensation and sales commissions. You will work alongside the current Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, Sales Compensation Manager, and Director of Field Revenue Operations to lead cross-functional projects, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your expertise in data modeling, Captivate IQ, and advanced data science techniques will enable you to drive analytics projects and provide deep insights into sales compensation program performance and go-forward strategy implications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven, collaborative, and engaged analyst with extensive knowledge of sales compensation economics and self-starting mentality. Relevant work experience in high-growth start-ups, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or public tech companies is essential. Expertise in developing tools and processes to monitor and analyze data accuracy, building data visualization tools, dashboards, and reports, and writing programs to automate data collection and processing is also required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and experience working remotely is considered a plus.
