As we expand rapidly in Brazil, we need a Quality and Fraud Prevention Coordinator to strengthen our DriverOps team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Quality Policy Development: Create, review, and implement quality policies and procedures that ensure all operations comply with established standards.
* Quality Monitoring and Analysis: Establish KPIs and metrics to assess service quality and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
* Fraud Prevention Management: Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate fraud risks, monitor suspicious activities, and conduct internal investigations when necessary.
* Team Training and Development: Coordinate training programs for operational teams and drivers, focusing on best practices, safety, and compliance with fraud prevention policies.
* Collaboration with Internal Departments: Work closely with operations, customer service, IT, and legal teams to ensure effective implementation of quality and fraud prevention policies and resolve identified issues.
What You'll Need:
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Leadership capabilities and experience in team management.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Previous experience in leadership roles in operations, quality, or fraud prevention.
* Experience in delivery platforms/Ride-hailing.
* Strong knowledge of quality control processes and risk management.
