**Attributions**:
- Manage HR Business Partner MZK area to support the design, implementation and monitoring of human resources programs and policies, including recruitment, development, retention, employee experience and other issues pertinent to the area that impact employees and business strategy.
- Assure that changes in the policies/programs that affects employees do not conflict with organizational objectives.
- Support internal clients regarding policies and Human Resources practices.
- Work in partnership with the business through leadership in organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and skills assessment that focus on performance management and talent development.
- Provide management coaching to clients at senior leadership levels.
- Work in partnership with Human Resources subsystems to develop, direct, plan and evaluate activities related to recruitment, selection, performance, development, remuneration, benefits, budget and others, in order to recommend systemic improvements that result in innovative solutions for a variety of engagement initiatives within the group of internal customers and their employees.
- Support and influence people in the process of ensuring equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion.
- Manage the Safety, Ergonomics and Health areas, aiming to ensure conditions that eliminate or reduce to a minimum the risks of occupational accidents and/or occupational and work-related illnesses, observing compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Manage Payroll and Labor Relations areas to align and map all information needed to follow the law, anticipate, and plan the needs for the business in the short, medium, and long term.
- Know how to map situations that could compromise the company's strategy.

**Graduation**:
- Bachelor of Business Administration, economics or related fields
- Post Graduate/MBA
