As a Delivery Manager, you are a leader within one or more software development teams, helping them be more productive through the management, coordination and facilitation of the team’s current operational workload.This includes:Proactively identifying and removing obstacles to progress;Investigating, identifying and implementing changes to improve the systems, processes and tools employed by the team to deliver their work;Facilitating communication within and between teams;Contributing to the team’s strategic roadmap, and then ensuring the team’s activities align with it;Influencing the team to maintain their focus on the highest priority work;Contributing to defining, improving and implementing a standardised set of key practices within teams to ensure the entire organisation can benefit from established best-practice.As a Delivery Manager, you bring out the best in your teams.About YouYou are someone with great interpersonal skills who wants to understand the challenges their teams are facing.
