**Job Profile / Activities**:
Critical Work Role Position Performs:
Provides joint functional and technical support for the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA from planning to go-live state and beyond. Highly skilled with the SAP Sales and Distribution module as well as Variant Configuration and Pricing.
Strongly skilled to communicate complex SAP technologies or business processes appropriately to various business and IT stakeholders.
This position is primarily responsible for:
- Knowledgeable of the SAP SD module, program design and specification development, programming logic, logic diagrams, system analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, storage and internal systems and cross platform infrastructure components; can provide training on these topics for others.
- Develops processes, or process improvements, to provide reliable services across functional lines.
- Helps to test complex integration components based on requirements gathered from customers.
- Performs integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of components that requires careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results.
- Supports effective Change Management Processes (within team, across organizations, across projects, business partners, etc.)
- Assists customers or process partners with documentation, training and usability efforts.
- Drives identification and resolution of issues and risks.
- Assist with solution estimating and managing costs recoveries.
**Basic Qualifications**
**Education**:Bachelor degree
**Experience**:3+ years in systems development, experience with s olution work, executing SAP strategy, solution deployment and testing, and hypercare support:
**Language**:Pre advanced English
**Travel**:Moderate travel required - 5% - 15% of working time
**Behavioral skills**:Good communication, customer focus, analytical skills, solve problems, leadership
**Desirable Qualifications**
Advanced English
K nowledge of Caterpillar policies and procedures, and a general understanding of Caterpillar’s organization
