Main Responsibilities:
You'll partner closely with our Creative teams to expand and build upon creative concepts and ideas, delivering the best possible creative solutions in motion. You will need to evolve and adjust your style to work across different brands. You must be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly organized with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities. Motion design and videography are fast-moving industries, so you will need to keep up-to-date with the latest software updates, industry practices, and design trends. You will need to maintain a positive and solution-focused attitude, as we consider ourselves revolutionary creative problem solvers.
This role will be predominantly 2D motion design-based; however, there will be projects that involve editing as well.
Your Experience and Skills:
Expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential.
Superb art direction, animation, and motion design experience.
Conceptual thinking and ability to bring ideas to the creative process.
Proven track record of delivering and identifying high-level animation and motion design.
Reliable, with excellent timekeeping and the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong design and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Openness to direction and ability to embrace change.
Ability to storyboard.
Passion for motion graphics and film.
An understanding of sound design.
