Your Role:
* Engage customers in person and virtually to promote sales, provide technical support, and negotiate commercial conditions.
* Develop new businesses by engaging with customers in person and virtually.
* Maintain up-to-date customer information within our CRM (visits, opportunities, leads, campaigns, contacts, project development).
* Prepare commercial proposals for customers under your territory.
* Achieve sales targets within your territory.
* Analyze a monthly GAP report and take action based on the results.
* Implement a pricing success plan within individual customers to protect business profitability.
* Support meetings and trainings with external visitors and specialists.
* Understand your role in supporting strategy implementation.
* Prioritize customer satisfaction through pre- and post-sales support.
* Align with corporate values.
* Contribute to the team's Operative Plan.
* Provide timely sales forecast updates.
* Take responsibility for your own training and development.
* Manage assigned projects.
* Cultivate relationships with customers.
* Monitor the financial situation of accounts under your responsibility.
Required Skills:
* Graduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or Biology.
* Experience in the Brazilian pharmaceutical industry and commercial background.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Spanish is a plus.
* Office 365 skills.
* Availability for travel.
