Manage and execute commercial plan, aligned with commercial results defined by Management, monitoring the Market, using different tools like: research, presential sales visits, conference calls, fairs and events, governmental sites, etc.Identifying new business opportunities and new customers, as well as customer retention aligned with demands and needs, and present best logistics.Main focus will be to develop new Chinese customers.RESPONSIBILITY:Results Management: To achieve the goals previously agreed with the Management. Acting as a self-management on sales processes, to ensure all customers' profitability and delivering results.Customer Service: To secure customer service excellence, following and supporting on the implementation, retaining and developing organic growth.Commercial Performance: Pipeline and customers portfolio management, linked with commission plan duly aligned between sales executive and the Head of Sales.Language Requirements:Mandarim – Fluent IS A MUSTPortuguese - IntermediateSkills Requirements:Commercial skills and ability to negotiate; experience in logistics/supply chain is mandatory.
