As a Strategy Integration Specialist, you will work directly with Brazil's strategy leader, as well with all Brazil commercial leadership team.
This position aims to deliver significant and bold strategic plans and be the go-to area to bring solutions to complex 360º business issues.
**What You'll Do for Us**
- Pull data & insights from multiple functions and stakeholders, to identify granular regional opportunities and create actionable commercial levers at market level.
Use fact-based (by translating shopper and channel insights, trends and assessments, into channel strategies and plans), strategic approach to identify the insights, strategies and leading-edge solutions to boost local/granular commercial strategy, with actionable commercial levers.
- Analyze issues by packages and develop activities focusing trade, sales force and consumers closely with other related areas, such as Shopper, Operations, Marketing, Technical and Finance resulting in robust plans.
- Identify and develop business opportunities and plans, with continuous analysis of business opportunities by developing key performance indicators to achieve revenue goals.
Along with the continued assessment of local capabilities to ensure that the execution plan is correctly supported.
- Identify strategic projects in support of the growth goals for the Franchise Brazil and managing the Franchise strategic project portfolio, working with Franchise teams and corporate functions.
Support Franchise on system end-to-end alignment process with Bottlers at local level.
- Support annual business planning processes across the system, ensuring plans reflect mid-to-long term growth strategies.
- Manage cross functional project teams as required.
Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas.
**Qualification & Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial engineering, Economics or related field.
- +4 years of Business and/or functional experience in Strategy/Business Intelligence/Operations related areas.
- Bringing in outside in perspective and has eyes on the ground to come and give feedback to ops and strategy team on market activities, macro-economic and industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Strong Microsoft skills, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong data analysis and storytelling skills - Ability to write whitepapers on abstract topics
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Must)
- Strong ability to interpret results connecting the dots and provide insights.
Problem framing and problem-solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.
- Must have experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management.
- Must possess excellent relationship building skills, as well as strategic leadership.
- Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers.
The ability to influence outcomes and be persuasive are fundamental.
