Job Purpose and Impact
This position will support FSQR teams in Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain in South America by leading the projects and portfolio management.
Success will require a focus on creating value for Cargill's customers, Consumer and business, and supporting business growth, addressing the right framework, support and resources alignment to different projects led by FSQR or other functions where FSQR is part of, as enabler.
This position will manage project portfolio pipeline, drive project execution excellence, own continuous improvement expertise and within FSQR drive insights to improve products quality and to increase efficiency and effectiveness of processes and services.
Key Accountabilities
Create and monitor FSQR projects and programs and management of PPM tools.
Communicate and work closer to different stakeholders, helping on their needs prioritization according to business strategic plans and FSQR domain priorities.
Support the teams to reduce CONC (Cost of Non
- conformance), identifying projects and getting enhancement across functions into the business
Develop and lead the implementation of key food safety management system programs such as management of change and critical food safety tasks.
Help track monthly business metrics and develop a process to improve understanding of the health of the food safety and quality systems at each facility.
Collaborate with plant managers and other facility leaders within a region to build and foster an effective food safety, quality and regulatory culture.
Drive focus on corrective a preventative action implementation.
Independently handle complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent in science, administration, agricultural, engineering, feed/food technology, or similar ones
Experience with food/feed manufacturing environments.
Experience in leading projects among different and multidisciplinary teams
Advanced English
**Available for Business Travels**: minimum 20%
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in science, chemistry, microbiology, quality assurance, business or other applicable field
Experience working in a complex matrix organization, multicultural environment and cross functional virtual teams
Project management certification of equivalent (e.g.
PMI, specialization courses)
Intermediate Spanish
FSQR management system experience
Six Sigma knowledge (Yellow, Green or black belts)
Experience in Operations, Food safety & quality, capital and building projects
