Job Purpose and Impact
The Responsible Sourcing Senior Director will develop strategic responsible sourcing initiatives across businesses and functions globally to cultivate Cargill's responsible sourcing vision. In this role, you will lead in a constantly evolving sourcing landscape and provide direction on innovative ways to source across the organization and improve environmental, social and governance outcomes in supply chains. Key Accountabilities
Lead the development of corporate responsible sourcing strategy and overall vision to comply with customer and regulatory sourcing requirements.
Provide strategic leadership on relevant responsible sourcing programs and projects to ensure compliance with key partners requirements and improve environmental, social and governance outcomes.
Drive both internal and external engagement plans and networking to ensure strategic alignment with responsible sourcing approach and challenges.
Educate key leaders on responsible sourcing and ongoing developments to drive the corporate capability and accomplish strategic goals.
Identify commercial opportunities and improve ways of sourcing in partnership with related businesses and functions.
Design, plan and implement strategies to measure the performance and impact of responsible sourcing initiatives.
Other duties as assigned
Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Solid related work and supervisory experience Preferred Qualifications
Confirmed ability to link and build sustainability impacts and commercial relationships
Experience working across multiple supply chains and serving global consumer package goods clients
Experience building a responsible sourcing capability within a global organization
Experience working in a legal or compliance role or building out a program within a highly-regulated environment
Experience with mitigating supply chain risks related to forced and child labor, land rights and deforestation
