Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Product Solutions Analyst with a strong focus on project implementation and support on pre-sales activities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of SEW's solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, business acumen and experience in business consulting roles with technical insights in project implementation.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Solutioning: Engage with utility clients to understand their business challenges and map SEW's SaaS Enterprise Solutions (B2B) solutions to their needs.Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) showcasing SEW's capabilities.Develop compelling business cases and ROI models to justify investments in SEW's platform.Sales Support & Proposal Development: Partner with the sales team to craft winning proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions based on customer requirements.Technical Expertise & Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Energy, Water, and Utility digital transformation.Advise customers on best practices, integration strategies, and SEW's competitive differentiation.Leverage knowledge of cloud platforms, SaaS, AI, and IoT to position SEW's offerings effectively.Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Act as a trusted advisor for utility clients and internal teams.Support customer onboarding and driving adoption through training sessions and change management strategies. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in the IT sector. MBA, Marketing and Financial relevant education is welcomed.Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Business Development for enterprise software/SaaS.Solid background in business consulting and enterprise software projects. Energy, Water, or Utilities sector in Brazil is a welcomed plus.Technical proficiency in enterprise software solutions, integrations, and digital platforms, preferably acquired from project implementation previous experienceExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Business Acumen. Experience working with C-level executives, IT teams, and business stakeholders.Ability to develop high-impact sales materials, ROI models, and PoCs.Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
