**Position summary**
We are strengthening our Talent Acquisition Team within our LATAM Center of Competence (CoC) through which we deliver impactful solutions to proactively attract, engage and leverage key talent for the Markets (countries) we support.
To continue enabling this, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner within Latin America. Reporting to the Regional Executive Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and upkeeping a close partnership with specific Markets to define and execute strategies that help identify and deliver the best talent for Nestlé.
**A day in the life of...**
- Act as an Account Manager for designated Markets/Countries
- Be a trusted talent advisor: Identify opportunities to provide impactful talent solutions and consultancy
- Support driving proactive strategic hiring including talent pipelining for hard-to-find, high demand and niche roles
- Collaborate with other business partners to generate and share market intelligence and talent insights to key stakeholders
- Oversee an effective delivery of our CoC Talent Acquisition Partnering services within the Market
- Represent our CoC Talent Acquisition organization within market WORs (provide updates, inform of upcoming opportunities, etc.)
- Seek and share cross market and external best practices: Constantly inform the market of key upcoming efforts (global or regional)
**What will make you successful?**
- Subject matter expert and experience with designing and leading E2E sourcing and talent acquisition/attraction strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and experience managing relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work/adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Able to assess and interpret data to create relevant insights
- Highly effective communicator and influencer
- Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese would be a plus
