**Job description**
- The Senior Manager, HR works closely with the business and partners with the site leadership team to build a committed and high-performing people culture that drives business results. The role is responsible for designing, planning and implementing human resources programs and policies for manpower planning, remuneration, employee relations, compliance, and talent development;
- Manages the day-to-day functions of the HR department and supervises the local HR team;
- Implement site HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy, ensures HR strategies including coaching/counseling employees and management, sourcing and selection, performance management programs, organizational effectiveness, compensation and providing HR leadership;
- Participate in talent reviews and site succession planning discussions;
- Serve as HRBP to site leadership and assist in developing and implementing policies and initiatives to streamline and focus HR processes to better support the business;
- Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on HR topics;
- Responsible for developing relationships with individuals, employee groups, trade unions, and leaders of the business to communicate company policies/programs/procedures while providing leadership around organizational change, process consultation and organizational development.
**Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences**
- Fluent in English;
- Spanish proficiency advantageous;
- Proven strong interpersonal skills to communicate company plans, policies, goals and objectives and to coordinate resources to complete projects;
- Must have a demonstrated track record of working well with employees in a human resources environment to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
