We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and passionate individual to join our Sao Paulo team as a Qualitative Project Manager.
The Qualitative Project Manager will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of project delivery for Qualitative Projects. It is an internally facing role focused on efficient project management and supplier liaison. You will be part of the wider Global Qual Project Management Team and will have exposure to powerful methodologies on a wide range of research challenges. No two projects or briefs are ever the same, so the role comes with a wide range of variety to get your teeth stuck into! This role will give you the opportunity to work as part of an experienced, dynamic project management team.
You would report into the Senior Qualitative Researcher and in addition to your project management responsibilities provide administrative support for the MMR Brazil’s team to assist with the smooth running of the office.

Key responsibilities:
Qual Project Management - Overseeing Projects
• Drawing up detailed timetables for commissioned projects and communicating this timeline, and related responsibilities, to all relevant parties
• Staying on top of commissioned projects to ensure that all parties involved are meeting their responsibilities
• Being first port of call for internal teams and external clients about project logistics
• Ensuring that all cost sheets are up to date, correct and posted to the system
• Liaising with recruiters to schedule fieldwork and check recruitment is on track, etc
• Raising any issues with the research team
• Ordering incentives, foreign currency, etc
Qual Project Management - Supplier Liaison
• Getting costs from Brazilian based suppliers for recruitment, incentives, venues, freelancers and stimulus preparation
• Getting costs from overseas agencies and liaising with overseas agencies re project requirements
• Booking freelancers, studios, visualisers, etc as required
• Coming up with creative logistical solutions when required
• Establishing relationships with freelancers and liaising with them during the course of projects
Administrative Responsibilities
• To be the main point of contact for general enquiries / reporting problems within the office environment
• To provide general administrative support to the Brazil’s team
• Booking of meeting rooms, setting up equipment and providing refreshments as necessary
• Assisting with visitors to the office eg sorting out access cards etc. Ordering of stationery, ensuring supplies are kept in stock as necessary
• Dealing with simple IT issues ( printer, ensuring new joiners have appropriate equipment etc) and liaising with the IT team
• To be involved in the new joiner induction process in organising desks & stationery
• Involved in the management of any future office moves, liaising with suppliers and contractors as necessary
Requirements
· Strong organizational & time management skills
· Fluency in English and Portuguese
· Strong communication skills & the ability to work effectively with teams
· At least 2 years’ experience in a Market Research project management role
· Solid Microsoft Office skills – including Word and Excel
